Biography

Deborah Rogers

Deborah Rogers lives in Christchurch and writes fiction part-time. She has a Graduate Diploma in Creative Writing, and graduated cum laude from the Hagley Writers’ Institute in 2011. Her stories have been published in various literary journals, and last year she was shortlisted for the Commonwealth Writers’ Prize (short story). Deborah was winner of the takahē Short Story Competition in both 2011 and 2013. She is currently working on a novel.
