Visit ArtBox, where students from CPIT Art and Design will use WORD in typographically creative ways to communicate and celebrate the enjoyment of literature, text and written language. Year 2 Visual Communication students from the Bachelor of Design course will produce large 3m x 3m typographic billboards, installed on the outside of the ArtBox from 30 July to celebrate the WORD Christchurch Writers & Readers Festival. A second typographical design project, featuring vertical drops of printed wallpaper, will form a vibrant installation at the City Library Manchester, 36 Manchester Street.
