DOOR SALES
If not sold out prior, door sales will be available on the day of the session from the following venues:
For sessions at Rydges door sales will be available on the day from 9am. Eftpos and cash only. A service fee applies to all door sales.
For sessions at the Transitional Cathedral, The Physics Room and the Botanic Gardens if door sales are available they will be on sale an hour before the session from the venue. Cash only. A service fee applies to all door sales.
TICKET REFUNDS
There are no exchanges or refunds on the ticket price except as required by law.
SERVICE FEES
All tickets purchased are subject to a service fee of $2. Tickets purchased over the phone from 0800 DASH TIX or from a DASH re-seller (i-Site) will incur additional service fees.
$2 for phone orders, $3.50 outlet fees. (These fees are equivalent to approximately $2 – $3.50 more per ticket than tickets purchased online). Hence it is always cheaper to buy tickets online than via 0800 DASH TIX or from a DASH re-seller (i-Site).
The Festival Pass has a $5 booking fee.
The six session concession pass has a $2 booking fee.
PAYMENT FEE
All credit card transactions are subject to a payment fee of 2.5% of the transaction.
Internet banking payments will incur a payment fee of $2 per transaction.

FESTIVAL PASSES
Festival Super Pass – $230/$210
The Festival Super Pass gives entry to everything except:
Delicious, Heritage Afternoon Tea, Brunch with Simon Gault, Meg Wolitzer Workshop, The Stars Are Out Tonight, PechaKucha and Ruth Riechl at Otahuna.

Six Session Pass - $85/$80
Valid for any session in Rydges or The Physics Room over the three days of the festival.
Excludes Delicious, Sunday Brunch with Simon Gault and Meg Wolitzer Workshop.
Once the pass is purchased, you will be contacted to choose which sessions you want to attend.
Six Session Pass for sale until midnight on Friday 22 August.
Sunday Fringe Physics Room Pass – $40 – Valid all Sunday in The Physics Room.

Tickets are subject to availability and are general admission.
Tickets are non-transferable between events.
There are no refunds or exchanges on lost or stolen tickets.

General admission events do not have allocated seating.
We reserve the right to admit latecomers at a suitable point in the session.

PROGRAMME CHANGES AND UPDATES
WORD Christchurch reluctantly reserves the right to change the schedule by amending dates or replacing sessions. Any unavoidable changes will be advertised on the festival website, in The Press and through our social media networks. If a show is cancelled the ticket price will be refunded. Transaction/ service fees are non-refundable.

BOOK SIGNINGS
Book signings by authors will take place immediately after each event. You may bring your own copy of a book or buy one on the day from the festival bookshop.
